The story of CTO Levels begins with the founding of 7CTOs.

In 2013, Etienne de Bruin founded an organization focused on bringing Chief Technology Officers into peer groups. The prime directive was to create an emotionally intelligent collective of tech leadership people pursuing growth and impact in their roles.

LevelsOS, LLC was founded in 2023 by Kathy Keating, Scott Graves and Etienne de Bruin.
